Samuel Dominguez began his culinary adventure from his birth place in Argentina, the “Beef Capital of the World," where cattle are revered. Guided by his grandfather, Samuel learned to butcher and prepare various cuts of beef. At the tender age of 10, Samuel became a Gaucho, one of the most honorable and skillful professions in Argentina.

This place isn't visible from Main Street but boy it's worth a visit! By far the best meal I've had in Greenville. This is maybe the first restaurant I've eaten at in my 20 plus years of living in Greenville I would consider fine dining...
I am SO happy we found this hidden gem! We had a chance to meet the owners - a wonderful husband and wife duo - and it was icing on the cake! Such fantastic, down to earth people! Wonderful ambience, great menu, exquisite food, and unmatched service!
I have heard great things about Maestro and had to check it out! Lunch was delicious and the service was excellent. Definitely going back for dinner next time. Highly recommend the Verano salad but there are so many other items to try that I am sure are just as divine.
